After All Cleaning Proof Origin

Shaped inside a real cleaning business. Built for local service follow-up.

How It Started

Before BRP became a service for other businesses, the problem showed up inside After All Cleaning Services in New Hampshire.

The issue was not abstract. It was the kind of follow-up pressure local service owners know well: calls coming in during busy workdays, quote requests needing more than one touch, review requests getting skipped, and lead activity becoming hard to see clearly at the end of the month.

BRP was shaped around those real operating problems. The goal was to create a practical follow-up system that could support the business without forcing the owner to live inside another tool.

Before BRP

- Missed calls could happen while the team was working.
- Quote follow-up could depend on who remembered.
- Review requests could get skipped after completed jobs.
- Scheduling and next steps could get scattered across calls, texts, forms, and email.
- Monthly lead visibility could be unclear.

What BRP Was Designed To Fix

- Fast text-back after missed calls.
- Consistent follow-up after quote requests.
- Honest review requests after completed jobs.
- Clearer booking or appointment request paths.
- Better visibility into which leads need attention.
- Plain-English monthly reporting.

How This Applies To Other Local Service Businesses

Cleaning is the proof origin, but the follow-up problem is not cleaning-only.

HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, pest control companies, roofers, painters, and other home service businesses deal with the same pattern: the lead arrives, the day gets busy, and follow-up depends on memory.

BRP exists to make those next steps more consistent.
