BRP came from the same follow-up problems local service owners deal with every week: missed calls, quote requests, review requests, scheduling, and not having a clear view of what happened to leads.
The Story
Jack did not build BRP from a generic software idea. He built it from the reality of running a local service business.
Inside After All Cleaning Services, the problem was practical: calls could come in while work was happening, quote follow-up could depend on memory, review requests could get skipped, and it was not always easy to see which leads were handled at the end of the month.
Booked Right Pro was created to fix that kind of follow-up gap. The goal is not to turn local service businesses into software companies. The goal is to install and manage the follow-up system so owners can keep serving customers while fewer opportunities fall through the cracks.
